Orasis Capture is intended to help companies batch process paperwork digitally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in an organised and structured way. Orasis Capture can be taught to recognize Customer and Vendor documents and will remember specific details about a document for future character recognition.

Orasis Capture can be used to match most document types within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, eg. Sales, Purchase and Shipment documents.
Azure Vision
Orasis Capture uses the Azure Vision API to perform the OCR processing, this allows for quick and reliable document processing.
Batch PDF Processing
Orasis Capture can be used to process whole batches of PDFs in one go. This saves time and money as you can let Orasis Capture link these documents to the ERP entity with minimum user interaction.
